Dr. Mohamed Elhalaby and Dr. Walid of MultiMedical Int. Egypt paid a visit to Triscom on 17 november. They enjoyed a tour through the entire facility. They were impressed by what they saw. They thought the staff was so committed, it was like a big family. That is a big compliment for the employees at the Triscom factory in Heino. At this moment we produce infant formulas at Triscom for MultiMedical Int. Egypt. The formulas are very successful in Egypt. MMI Egypt is starting to expand to the middle east, including Qatar. They are also looking into ways to start producing large scalement packaging.
Sleeping during pregnancy

When you are pregnant and your belly starts growing it can be hard to find a good sleeping position at night. It can be difficult to get comfortable in bed, especially when your favorite sleeping position is belly down.
It is probably best to sleep on your side. The left side is preferable because this benefits the blood flow to the placenta. It also helps to reduce swelling in your hands, ankles and feet because it helps your kidney eliminate toxins from your body.
